QTL×QTL×QTL Interaction Effects for Total Phenolic Content of Wheat Mapping Population of CSDH Lines under Drought Stress by Weighted Multiple Linear Regression

چکیده
This paper proposes the use of weighted multiple linear regression to estimate triple3interaction (additive×additive×additive) quantitative trait loci (QTLs) effects. The unweighted yielded an improvement (in absolute value) in QTL×QTL×QTL interaction effects compared assessment based on phenotypes alone three cases (severe drought 2010, control 2012 and severe 2012). In contrast, evaluation aaagw parameter aaap five cases, with exception 2012. results show that by using marker observations, obtained estimates are closer ones phenotypic method. coefficients determination for model were significantly higher than ranged from 46.2% (control 2010) 95.0% 2011). Considering this, it is clear a three-way had significant effect expression traits.

Evaluation of Grain-Quality Related Traits of F5 Lines of Wheat under Terminal Drought Stress Conditions
Extended Abstract Introduction and Objective: Drought stress is the most prevalent and limiting factor in the growth and productivity of crop plants. According to the challenge of deficiency in precipitation or consecutive droughts in recent years in Iran and as a result of a shortage of irrigation water in wheat production, knowledge of the relationship between grain quality and grain yield ...

plant growth is often limited by low levels of soil micronutrients such as copper (cu), especially in calcareous salt-affected soils of arid and semiarid regions. the aim of this work was to investigate individual and combined effects of salinity and cu on growth, leaf relative water content (lrwc), cell membrane permeability, lipid peroxidation, and total phenolic content (tpc) of rosemary...

Drought stress in plants, the change (increase or decrease) in the production of plant proteins. Proteomics in recent years one of the most powerful tools that help us to study the changes in protein In order to investigate the proteome of wheat leaves in response to terminal drought, two genotypes susceptible and resistant wheat genotypes were evaluated under irrigated (non-stress) and rain-fe...
متن کاملPost-anthesis Drought Stress Effects on Photosynthesis Rate and Chlorophyll Content of Wheat Genotypes
Water stress is one of the major abiotic stresses in agriculture worldwide. In order to assess photosynthesis response and grain yield of 25 wheat genotypes under water deficit (post-anthesis stress) conditions, a 2-year study (2010-12) was carried out as a split-plot arrangement using randomized complete block design with three replications. The most sensitive gas exchange variable to water de...
متن کاملQtl Mapping of Wheat Doubled Haploids for Chlorophyll Content and Chlorophyll Fluorescence Kinetics under Drought Stress Imposed at Anthesis Stage
Drought stress is one of the major environmental constraints to crop plants including wheat worldwide. Synthetic hexaploid can act as a vehicle for improving crop tolerance against biotic and abiotic stresses. Doubled haploid population consisting of one hundred and forty individuals derived from cross of Opata and SH223 was used in the present study to identify genomic regions associated with ...
