QTL×QTL×QTL Interaction Effects for Total Phenolic Content of Wheat Mapping Population of CSDH Lines under Drought Stress by Weighted Multiple Linear Regression

This paper proposes the use of weighted multiple linear regression to estimate triple3interaction (additive×additive×additive) quantitative trait loci (QTLs) effects. The unweighted yielded an improvement (in absolute value) in QTL×QTL×QTL interaction effects compared assessment based on phenotypes alone three cases (severe drought 2010, control 2012 and severe 2012). In contrast, evaluation aaagw parameter aaap five cases, with exception 2012. results show that by using marker observations, obtained estimates are closer ones phenotypic method. coefficients determination for model were significantly higher than ranged from 46.2% (control 2010) 95.0% 2011).
